Chris, my wife is a little bit of a coffee snob, absolutely loves the coffee. Thanks for the reminder to place another order.

Well, lemme tell ya. I live in Alaska, and the whole micro-brewery and the custom coffee roaster culture from down in the Great Northwest has long been a part of Southeast Alaska's culture too, and, for a very LONG time now. So believe me, I have been the recipient of lots of very good coffee up here in the land of "custom this, and custom that". A friend of mine started
"Heritage Coffee", and another one started "Raven's Brew" coffee, both of which are very good brews, and also very successful coffee companies.
But it looks like to me, that my friend Chris Curtis has equaled if not exceeded the qualities I have found in these other coffees. Personally, I am not a fan of Starbucks, because all of their beans seem to be too acidic, and give me a feeling of "heartburn" when I drink it. But not so at ALL with Blue Ridge Mountain Coffee! I enjoyed my first fresh cuppa Blue Ridge just yesterday morning and I'm here ta tell ya that it is absolutely as good as it gets!
And so, to all of you coffee connoisseurs out there, if you have not tried the excellence crafted into this fine coffee, then, well, you are simply missing out! So give it a go, for, you will NOT be disappointed!

The BEST coffee with exceptional customer service! I met Chris and his wife at the Farmer's Market off Hydraulic Road. I'm TDY from across the globe, and Chris dropped-off some complimentary cold brew for me to enjoy while I'm here. So grateful for nice people who take pride in their product and business. I will be placing orders for delivery when I return home!

Just a note of appreciation for your coffee. I purchased an 8 oz package of your Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee recently at the Farmer’s Market in Culpepper. I have been an avid coffee lover for better than 50 years now and have tried countless coffee products as well as different coffee makers during that time. For pour over style coffee, your product has been one of the best if not the best I have had the occasion to try. My wife, not a critical coffee lover, noticed the difference in taste.

Up until discovering your product, my #1 roaster Norfolk Coffee and Tea out of Norfolk, Virginia. Right now I believe your product for pour over is a bit better but I haven’t had a pound of coffee from Norfolk Coffee and Tea for over a year now so I will get a pound of my favorite from then and do a taste test. My guess is your product will win that taste test based on my experience with the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe. The worst case would be a tie.

I am very skeptical of claims made by coffee roasters but it seems your claims for your product are justified. Thanks for your attention to detail and roasting excellence!

I have a couple pounds of coffee in my stock right now so I will wait to order. I will order a 5 pounds at that time. I can place 3 pounds or more in my special coffee containers and another pound and a half in my 2 grinders so hopefully I can keep the product fresh. As you know, coffee beans lose their flavor quickly when exposed to air.

One question. I do some espresso as well as pour over. I see you have only a dark roast blend designated “espresso.” I have had better luck with medium roast blends. The best sadly from a very small shop that has long since closed. Wonder if you have considered a medium roast blend? I would guess your dark roast is excellent given the roasting process you shared with me.

Until then, my thanks to you for your dedication to producing a superior coffee experience for your customers.

5 stars out of 5!

Clean hot air roasted coffee produces a smoother, richer, healthier coffee that is less bitter and less acidic. Our hot air roasted coffee uses convection heat to loft the beans for a very even heat transfer. The Clean Bright Taste that people rave about is achieved by roasting the bean quickly and evenly while suspended on a bed of hot air.
