Cold Brew, Recipes and More.....

Cold brew coffee is easy to make and delicious. It is smooth, and lacks bitterness. This brewing process removes up to 70 per cent of the acid. It is perfect for iced coffee, but can also be heated.
How to make the concentrate: Cold Brew coffee is not hot coffee poured over ice or refrigerated! It is a coffee concentrate that is easy to make and easy to use. There are many ways to make it. Here are a few...

¾ cup coarsely ground Blue Ridge Coffee Crafters
coffee 2 cups room temperature spring water

French Press. Place the coffee and water in the French Press. Set in the refrigerator for 18 to 20 hours. Afterwards press the plunger of the French press down.
Cheese cloth. Wrap the coffee grounds in a square of cheese cloth and tie with a string. Place in the water in a container (such as a pitcher or mason jar) in the refrigerator 18 to 20 hours. Remove the grounds. Dispose of the grounds and you can wash the cheesecloth to reuse next time. This method allows you to make a larger quantity.
Strain it later. You can simply stir the grounds into the water and strain it through a coffee filter after the 18 to 20 hours in the fridge.
Purchased Toddy: You can also buy a personal TODDY at a local kitchen specialty store to brew your cold brew coffee.
Once your steeping is done, you should pour the concentrate into a container and store in the refrigerator up to 10 days.

Clean hot air roasted coffee produces a smoother, richer, healthier coffee that is less bitter and less acidic. Our hot air roasted coffee uses convection heat to loft the beans for a very even heat transfer. The Clean Bright Taste that people rave about is achieved by roasting the bean quickly and evenly while suspended on a bed of hot air.
